2. Prices

3. Payment
- Payment may be required in full or partially to confirm a reservation.

4. Cancellations by the Customer
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
The following cancellation charges may apply:
- More than 15 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
- 7–15 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
Specific tours, accommodations, or activities may be subject to different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Changes to Bookings
Customers may request modifications to their bookings. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
6. Cancellations by Morocco Desert Show
Morocco Desert Show reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule a tour due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Insufficient participation
- Force majeure events
- Circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, customers may receive an alternative arrangement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical expenses
- Personal accidents
- Lost or damaged luggage
- Emergency evacuation
Travel insurance is the responsibility of the traveler.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for:
- Holding valid passports and travel documents.
- Complying with local laws and regulations.
- Following safety instructions provided by guides and operators.
- Respecting local customs, traditions, and the environment.
Morocco Desert Show reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior may endanger others or disrupt the tour.
9. Activities and Risks
Adventure activities such as:
- Camel riding
- Quad biking
- Hiking
- Desert excursions
- Outdoor activities
carry inherent risks.
By participating, customers acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by guides and operators.
10. Limitation of Liability
Morocco Desert Show acts as an organizer and coordinator of travel services.
We shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by weather, transportation providers, or force majeure events.
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- Injuries resulting from activities undertaken against safety instructions.
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked.
